About the Role
As Digital Transformation Project Lead, you will drive strategic digital initiatives across Liquid-Or’s business and operational landscape, with a focus on improving process efficiency, system integration, data visibility, and cross-functional collaboration. Based in Switzerland, you will play a central role in leading transformation projects that support the company’s modernization and long-term operational scalability.
Your responsibilities will include planning and executing digital transformation projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of systems such as PLM and MES within the business environment. You will work closely with operations, supply chain, quality, and leadership teams to align digital initiatives with business priorities and operational requirements.
This role also involves supporting process redesign, change management, digital adoption, and the integration of smart tools and data-driven capabilities, including AI/ML-supported applications such as demand forecasting or planning enhancement tools. The ideal candidate combines strong project governance with practical transformation experience in cosmetics or industrial environments, and is able to bridge business needs with technical execution.
Requirements
PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is required
Fluency in English and German is mandatory; French is ideal
Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in the cosmetics industry or a related manufacturing environment
Successfully implemented PLM and/or MES systems in cosmetics or comparable production-driven sectors
Strong understanding of process digitization, system integration, and cross-functional transformation programs
Familiarity with AI/ML applications such as demand forecasting tools, predictive planning, or data-driven operational optimization
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams
Strong project leadership, communication, and change management skills
Ability to work in cross-functional, international, and fast-evolving business environments
