Recruitment Process & Systems

Depending on the role, seniority and mandate, applications and expressions of interest may be processed through our centralized applicant management system (Umantis / Abacus HR) or via a confidential, role-specific direct selection process.

For selected senior, leadership or partner mandates, detailed role profiles, requirements and next steps may be communicated individually, including a direct reference link and an introductory telephone discussion prior to any formal application.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis as part of long-term organizational and succession planning. Not all expressions of interest result in an active recruitment process or further contact.

 

Data Sources & Verification

Where legally permissible and appropriate, verification activities may include the review of information provided directly by the applicant as well as confirmations obtained from publicly accessible sources or third parties, such as former employers or educational institutions. Such verification is conducted solely for professional suitability and compliance purposes.
