About the Role
As Key Account Manager – Naturals, you will lead the development and expansion of Liquid-Or’s commercial relationships across the APAC region, with a particular focus on natural cosmetics ingredients and strategic supplier and manufacturing networks. Based in APAC, you will play a central role in identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, and strengthening Liquid-Or’s position in selected regional markets.
Your responsibilities will include building and managing long-term relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and commercial partners, identifying new business opportunities in natural ingredients, and supporting the development of strategic sourcing and sales channels across APAC. You will act as a key commercial interface between regional partners and Liquid-Or’s broader cross-border operating platform.
This role requires a strong regional network, a deep understanding of the natural cosmetics ingredients market, and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales environments across different cultures and business settings. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial drive with sector knowledge, relationship depth, and a hands-on approach to market development
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales within natural cosmetics ingredients or related sectors
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, as well as English, is mandatory
Japanese and/or Korean language skills are considered a strong advantage
Existing network with APAC suppliers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders
Strong understanding of natural ingredients, sourcing dynamics, and commercial relationship management
Proven track record in account development, business acquisition, and partner management in the APAC region
Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel 60% or more across the APAC region
