About the Role
As Global Supply Chain Director, you will lead and optimize Liquid-Or’s end-to-end supply chain operations across sourcing, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Based in Tangier, you will play a key leadership role in managing cross-continental supply flows, coordinating international logistics hubs, and ensuring operational excellence across functions and regions.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing global supply chain strategies, improving logistics performance, overseeing ERP-driven planning and execution, managing strategic logistics and warehouse partners, and ensuring efficient collaboration between procurement, operations, quality, and commercial teams. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen resilience across the supply chain, and support the company’s long-term international growth.
Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management, ideally within cosmetics, FMCG, or related industries
Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is mandatory
Strong expertise in ERP systems, especially SAP MM/WM
Deep knowledge of lean logistics, warehousing, and inventory optimization
Proven track record in managing cross-continental logistics hubs and international supply chain networks
Strong leadership and team management skills in multi-site environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to work across cultures and coordinate with international stakeholders
