IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes. The minimum order value of our products is 10 liters per order unit. This refers to oils, creams, shampoos, conditioners and serums. For powder products, the minimum order value of the net quantity is 10kg.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

​

The delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery route of the products. This calculation includes the duration, the freight route, the customs clearance costs and a delivery fee. This will be sent to you transparently in advance.

DO I HAVE A RIGHT OF RETURN?

​

Yes, you have a right of return. In the case of quality defects, you can report the affected product to us within 7 working days using an RMA. This product will be checked by us upon arrival and replaced in the event of a qualitative difference. However, product defects in which the customer did not comply with the storage conditions, goods which have exceeded the expiry date and goods which have been opened or manipulated through improper handling are excluded.

AS A B2C CUSTOMER, CAN I ORDER PRODUCTS FROM YOU?

No. A sale for B2C customers is planned, but we currently only sell our products to our cooperation partners in the field of professional cosmetics and podiatry.

WHAT STANDARDS DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE?

Our products are manufactured strictly in accordance with the Swiss legal guidelines. The production of our products is subject to the following laws and regulations:

• Food Law (LMG)

• Ordinance on Foodstuffs and Commodities (LGV)

• Ordinance on cosmetic products (VKos)

• Ordinance on the incentive tax on volatile organic compounds (VOCV)

• Regulation on Aerosol Dispensers

• Hygiene Ordinance (HyV)

• Ordinance on the Enforcement of Food Legislation

• Declaration regulation

The ingredients for cosmetics are regularly checked based on the latest scientific findings. If necessary, our recipes are adjusted. In particular, the opinions of the scientific advisory body of the EU Commission "Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety" (SCCS) and the guidelines of the BAG, which is responsible for adapting the list of permitted or prohibited ingredients, are decisive.

Our products are manufactured according to Swiss standards and tested by an accredited laboratory and the Moroccan health authority ONSSA as a counterpart to Swiss Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office. Our cosmetic products are therefore subject to the same guidelines and tests as all food and cosmetic products that are sold in Swiss retail.
